The Julie Ann Perillo Dia Children’s Reading Center provides a place where neighborhood children can come and discover the world of reading. The Reading Center is located in Asingan, Pangasinan, north of Manila in the Philippines.
The Reading Center provides a facility where children in this rural community can read books which they would otherwise not have access. The Center has books for children from ages 5 through 15.
